The person that came was very pleasant and helpful. He did a really good job.
I was quoted one price and when the gentlemen came to do the rugs he raised the rate saying my upstairs landing area was not included. That is was the stairs I stead. Also I paid extra for pet treatment. My daughter’s dogs had accidents there. I removed the rug they pottied on but it must have seeped through. The rugs were wet for two days instead of the 6-8 hours I was quoted. There was a strong smell of urine once dry. They came back quickly and he tried to charge me another 270 to do an upgrade pet treatment! I denied that had him clean the rug again. Odor came back. I started researching pet urine in rugs. I purchased a product and removed the odor myself. Your company over charged me for a product that was either not used or doesn’t work!

The technicians did a great job cleaning the carpets, especially the area rug. Even removed the pet urine smell from carpet. They were also very professional and courteous.

I paid extra cost on the upscale to make the carpet look better and supposedly remove pet stains. Pet stains are still there. I own a Handyman business and this was one of my clients homes. I was hoping to use your company for my future clients. Apparently I was just in for an up-sale and lost money, because my client is not happy nor willing to pay.
Your technicians were great! They did a great job and were very quick. The price surprised me as I thought it would be a lot more!! Did I mention that my couches and chair look brand new??!! Thanks Zerorez!!
Very good and reputable company in the Vegas city, Bryan is also a very good working young man who is very professionally operate the machines and clean up the dirty carpet turns it over to be an totally renovation product. I'm very satisfied and highly recommended this great Zerorez Cleaning Company as well.

Zero detergents and soaps that leave residue. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids and our carpets really needed some love. Will and Owen did a great job, were friendly, and quick and efficient. Will explained everything including pricing and education around carpet care for the future.
Those stains on my carpet did not come out. I was expecting this company to have a better product to get them out. The floors looked decent, but it did not last.

BRAIDEN was the technician who steam cleaned my tile floors. He did an amazing job. The tile looks as tough it is a shade lighter. More importantly he cared about doing a great job! He communicated with me, was respectful, helpful and knowledgeable.
I know others are wanting to have their floors cleaned in the next few months and I have already contacted them and told them to request Braiden. I will soon be having my carpets cleaned and I will request hm as well.

Brian, the carpet tech, was very professional, respectful of my house, and cleaned the carpets better than any of your techs before him. When my carpets need to be cleaned . I would like Brian only. to clean them.He explained the process of the cleaning,and the carpet will wrinkle a bit, but will smooth out when dried.
