I like that chemicals and soap are not part of your cleaning process, as we have several animals who reside with us in our home. The process leaves no sticky residual to attract dirt and carpets stay clean longer.
We use zero rez every 6 months for our carpets. Phone staff is very knowledgeable and thorough. Carpet cleaners are very nice and do a good job!!
My carpets look great. The technician , Joe, did a great job . He explained the process so I could understand. My puppy had left many stains and he really made an effort to eliminate them. Joe represented your company very well.

My neighbor used Zerorez about six months ago and told me she was extremely happy with redsults, as a matter of fact, she had same technician. We will spread the word in our community, too bad you can't offer some type of incentive to be the "preferred" community carpert cleaning service provider.
I do have a couple of areas that I would like for your techs to take a look at when they deliver my area rug that was taken to the shop for cleaning.

Jay, our technician, was professional and courteous. Upsold us on a few items and well worth it. Would recommend him and will ask for him for any future cleanings we do. I work remotely from home and he was considerate of the noise he was making and wanted to make sure I was an inconvenience. This is our fourth time using them and it’s the reason our carpets continue to look new and fresh.
