Arrived on time, went straight to work, was very professional and careful, the processis desriable as no harsh chemicals are used and the carpet is left quite dry. We have pets and although we don't have any pet stains there are wet feet etc, and the carpets turned out great. We use them at least once every year as this system was recommended by the carpet distributor we purchased from to maintain the original quality of the fibre.
This company and staff have excellent customer service. They always are very friendly and professional. They do their best to give us our preferred appointment dates/times.
My carpets stay clean longer than any other company we have used in the past. Definitely a long term customer!
The chemicals used was great! Nothing was overwhelming as far as the smell of the carpet or the carpet chemicals
You do not use chemicals. Damaso Osuna did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
