Brayden was friendly, very professional, did a fantastic job on our carpets. We have used Zerorez alot of times, but I have to say this has been the best service so far
The young man who did the work was wonderful! However the person who took my call and did the sheduling did not inform the the man who did the work of what I wanted done. The person who tool my call and scheduled the work did not give me an accurate price. The phone person needs to be retrained. I was not happy when I had to,pay more than previously quoted.
Daniel was very efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I’ll definitely request him again in the future and recommend him to others.
The technician was efficient, friendly and professional. I will keep his name for next schedule. Highly recommend the service.
Efficient use of my time
For the first time I was disappointed.Your technician was in here for then fifteen minutes also, he left a spot on my stairway. Where is liquid dripped it on to the carpet and left it stained. I was hoping maybe you'd be able to send another technician to do the job

Company offer re-service instead of refund of initial payment: Measure of resolve office manager stated “ I can tell you now he will not issue a refund “ We are a 4.9 rated company “! As a customer I would not have been subjected to less than satisfactory experience neither forced to accept a redo over a full or partial refund is most egregious from a company with an alleged 4.9 customer rating.

My service provider Jaydon- did a good job and I paid extra for the super cleaner and it got out stains that I didn't think would ever be removable.

I thought Angel your employee was rather rude after he told us our house smelled of dog urine and that we should throw out one of our Area Rugs. You are way to expensive for the job you do. We were ripped off.
What i like about your carpet cleaning service is that my 15-year old stairs and hallway carpets with dark track marks actually looked clean afterwards! Plus i got a first time customer discount. I am so happy and pleased with the service that i will be back for more and recommending zerorez to everyone who asks.

Wil was our technician and from start to finish was very thorough with communication from the call to let me know when he would arrive, to listening to us on what our needs were and explaining what we should expect along with great future tips! Amazing customer service overall! Just because of him we would only use Zerorez for any steam cleaning services !
