They don't use all kinds of chemical. We have used them before and we're very satisfied with there work. The person who did our cleaning was very polite and explained what he was going to do that needed attention to. Was very satisfied.

Easy to make an appointment and get an estimate. They are a fast and efficient service. I would like to see a few more deals in the numerous e-mails that are sent though.

My #1 reason for using Zerorez is that they get my carpet WAY cleaner than I ever did cleaning it on my own. #2 is that it's quick and easy. It doesn't take long for our carpets to be cleaned meaning less time sitting around waiting.

Quoting me online a certain price and then doubling the price in person is bad business practice.

Representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. My last rep was Tracy. I had this stain that the last4 rep said they could not remove. Tracy sprayed the stained and it was removed. He was a very conscious worker.
