The technician that came to our house was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was right on time and explained everything in detail. He was awesome!

The person that came to clean my carpets was Eber. He was excellent. Very professional, very efficient. My carpets have never looked this good. I would highly recommend him and zeroes.

The technician chipped my brand new baseboard and marked up newly painted wall. Even after I repeatedly told him i just had this all done. To fix it is costing me more than the carpet cleaning. He was also on his phone on a personal call the whole time so loud talking over the vacuum. Very unprofessional. I have used Zerorez many times but very disappointed this time

The fact that you do not use soap
Joe was very informative and absolutely great.
We’re disappointed with the results. We were in the process of putting the house on the market and needed to clean two rooms and a closet. The carpet was in good condition, and no one had ever walked on it with shoes. However, during the move, the movers didn’t wear booties, so the carpet became dirty from that.
Although the carpet was deep cleaned, it still looks the same and feels stiff. The secondary bedroom turned out okay, but the primary bedroom wasn’t satisfactory. We asked for a partial refund and were even open to receiving a credit for future cleanings at another house, since we don’t have time to wait for a re-clean—our goal is to get the house on the market as soon as possible. Unfortunately, their policy doesn’t allow it and they only offered to redo the cleaning. At this point, we’ve decided it’s better to replace the carpet rather than keep trying to clean it.
Very efficient
The deep prewash cleaning ! Person cleaned couch and ended up looking like new! When asked if could clean grout said no problem and kitchen tile floor looks amazing!

Easy to schedule, complete communication, and trained technicians do the job.
Did good job
I was quoted $262 on the phone. The service guy added over $100 to the total and tried to add more. He promised that it would be worth it due to the results in a few areas. Well, once everything dried, many spots came back just as they were before. And believe me, they were not that bad. To make it right, I would either like a refund, or to have it done better.
BRENDEN was on-time, worked fast and took time to do the extras we needed. Recommend the spot treatment that did the trick on heavy traffic aeras and made sure to make recommendations for the next visit in the fall.

Friendly service, on time, excellent results.
We recently had our tile/grout cleaned by Daniel and Zac. Daniel did such a good job on the initial section of tile we did that we called back and had the rest of our tile done by Zac. It looks great! They both were friendly and professional.
When I called they quote for 2 rooms and $116.
My bill end up being $146 because I wanted the closet of the bedroom cleaned.
That was an extra $30
Of course I wanted the closet clean.
I think this is very sneaky of your part.
The 2 closet are about 50 square feet.
