Brian, the carpet tech, was very professional, respectful of my house, and cleaned the carpets better than any of your techs before him. When my carpets need to be cleaned . I would like Brian only. to clean them.He explained the process of the cleaning,and the carpet will wrinkle a bit, but will smooth out when dried.
The person that came was very pleasant and helpful. He did a really good job.
I was quoted one price and when the gentlemen came to do the rugs he raised the rate saying my upstairs landing area was not included. That is was the stairs I stead. Also I paid extra for pet treatment. My daughter’s dogs had accidents there. I removed the rug they pottied on but it must have seeped through. The rugs were wet for two days instead of the 6-8 hours I was quoted. There was a strong smell of urine once dry. They came back quickly and he tried to charge me another 270 to do an upgrade pet treatment! I denied that had him clean the rug again. Odor came back. I started researching pet urine in rugs. I purchased a product and removed the odor myself. Your company over charged me for a product that was either not used or doesn’t work!

The technicians did a great job cleaning the carpets, especially the area rug. Even removed the pet urine smell from carpet. They were also very professional and courteous.
