Professional service.Angel did a great job.
I was not aware that cleaning the tile and the cleaning the grout was 2 separate charges. I needed my grout to be cleaned. I thought the service was tile and grout as it states on your website. There were a couple to sticky spots on the carpet, there was nothing added to get these items up. It did loosen up as when I looked at the spot and the picked at it, it came up. I will never use zerorez again.
The prices were reasonable and the service was very fast. The peson that cleaned my carpets was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Zerorez and i will continue to use them in the future
I was not very impressed on how clean my shower got after paying $150 for a deep clean steam clean. I could not tell a huge difference and was bummed with results. Also, the truck that came left Greece and residue in front of my house on the street which my HOA sent me a letter on. It was not the best experience and I would not recommend.
My house floors sparkle. Will and Mathew did a great job of cleaning my carpets and tiles. Very professional and thorough. Will use them again and again.

Cleaning:
I’d been putting off carpet cleaning for far too long, and with light beige carpets that show everything, it was overdue. When Will showed me the “before and after” in our high-traffic area, I actually gasped—the difference was unbelievable. The carpet looks beautiful now and feels soft underfoot—not crunchy, no chemical smell, just clean. We also had our primary bedroom and sectional cleaned (no small feat with four cats), and both came out fantastic. Everything smells fresh without that overpowering “cleaning product” scent.
Customer Service:
Will was training Matt during our appointment, and I couldn’t help thinking that Matt was lucky to be learning from the best. Will answered every question thoroughly, gave honest appraisals of what needed to be done, offered services without being pushy, and ultimately delivered an amazing result.
Price:
I’ll admit—it was more expensive than I expected. But honestly, it was worth every penny. The house feels brighter, fresher, and more inviting, and walking barefoot on the carpet is actually enjoyable again. Sometimes quality costs more, and this was absolutely worth it.
Overall:
I’ll definitely use Zerorez again, not only for the results but because I feel I can trust the company—and that trust came directly from the professionalism and care Will showed.
