I paid for deep carpet restoration and some spots were missed. Maybe just taking extra time on the hotspots or taking extra time to ensure hotspots are all taken care of
What we liked most was Bernardo our technician. He was amazing from the time he called to confirm his arrival time to cleaning up after the job. Before he got started, he provided ideas about increasing the scope of the job that made sense. His work was meticulous from the start, and the end result was beyond our expectations. The carpet looks absolutely amazing. Braiden did a fantastic job throughout the entire house. He was meticulous and professional. It was also sweet for him to be concerned about my daughter's (and two cats') reactions to the noise the cleaning would produce.

The customer service from Mekel was Outstanding . My floors are cleaner than they have ever been in a long time . He wasn’t one of those pushy sales men but did make recommendations that I did agree to add and glad we did ! Will be using them again and requesting him to do the service

Odor eliminator was good, and the spray for the guard I think is well worth it, thanks.
Maybe provide an extra bonus hoping to help clean the floor is good without it always having to be an up so for just a basic go over shampoo is already expensive but to add a stronger cleaner is more expensive
First time I had area rug cleaned I was charged $200. The latest cleaning was quoted $102 (90 +12 service charge). Technician said it would be $132, I mentioned original quote after which it changed to $114 (102 + 12 service charge. I agreed as tech was here.

The carpet looked like new. There were troublesome spots that concerned me but no more, thanks to a very professional job.
