Floor looks great
They cleaned our floors fabulously. I’ve had them. Leaned before somewhere else, but this was way better.

The customer service from Mekel was Outstanding . My floors are cleaner than they have ever been in a long time . He wasn’t one of those pushy sales men but did make recommendations that I did agree to add and glad we did ! Will be using them again and requesting him to do the service

Odor eliminator was good, and the spray for the guard I think is well worth it, thanks.
Maybe provide an extra bonus hoping to help clean the floor is good without it always having to be an up so for just a basic go over shampoo is already expensive but to add a stronger cleaner is more expensive
First time I had area rug cleaned I was charged $200. The latest cleaning was quoted $102 (90 +12 service charge). Technician said it would be $132, I mentioned original quote after which it changed to $114 (102 + 12 service charge. I agreed as tech was here.

Products used gets everything very clean
The carpet looked like new. There were troublesome spots that concerned me but no more, thanks to a very professional job.

Appointment went too fast in my opinion and most of carpet did not dry for over 24 hours. Some is still not dry after 36.
After having ceramic floor tiles cleaned, I had to go over the entire floor to eliminate water spots
Christopher was a very nice man, cordial and helpful, he did a good job and did not waste any time doing it. Carpeting could have been a little drier but that might have been the equipment and not the user. Thank you. have used Zerorez before and love it.
Jay came on time. He was very personable. Very good about wearing the booties in the house & concerned where our cats were which we really appreciated. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and we had one chair that needed to be cleaned and it looks like new I love the fact that the cleaning is done with water.
