Helped get a stubborn urine smell out that was left from the pets that the previous owner of my house. Metal was very nice, communicative, and quick.
Bernardo was the tech who cleaned our downstairs carpeting and tile. He arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job. So, in short, we had a great experience. You do have a problem with setting up appointments on-line and having it communicated to your local office. We had set-up a second appointment for our upstairs and did that on-line also, but the office could not find it Thought you would want to know.

Bradley was so thorough in explaining what he was going to be doing in our home to get our carpets cleaned. He recommended pre treatment since our dogs had stained them with urine. Glad we took his recommendation because we can’t see the stains anymore. Bradley also explained how the water used is alkaline that he brought in his truck. I like that it didn’t leave our carpets super “crunchy”. Everything smells fresh and clean now.

I called to have a single area rug cleaned (due to dog urine). Per the website, area rug cleaning is ~$100. I was then told when the technician presented that he needs to take the rug for 2+ weeks, it's $800 and no guarantees on removing the stain. Feel like the ever-so-common "switcheroo". I was lured in with a great price on your website but the reality is that price is not available.
I liked the fact that the cleaning products were natural and not toxic.

The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. But he gave me odd pricing that I would have wanted an office person to confirm rather than only taken a techs word for it. He added another room to the job when there was only 2 rooms and stairs. I did catch that and he said there were extra charges for pet urine. I wasn't aware of these things prior. All was well but the whole job only took about 20 mins. And our carpet still feels sticky.
