The carpet technician was informative, professional, and did a fantastic job
1st the tech was knowledgeable about everything he proposed before the work. The carpet was like new when he left!. The only negative is when I book there was now mention of the other services to make the carpet better. The price actually doubled, but after discussing everything while the tech was there and how it came out I didn’t really care about the price. Must do better on quoting over the phone and discuss EVERYTHING.
Travis was great, floors looked refreshed!

The Technician, Owyn G, did a great job! He was thorough and professional throughout the entire process and provided superior customer service. Although I had a re-service appointment, it was based solely on something I didn't inform the technician about, and was in no way a reflection of the service I received. They were prompt in rescheduling for the next and made me feel like a very valued customer.
I was given a free carpet cleaning option for another service provider - twice - and opted to use Zerorez each time. I couldn't be more satisfied!!

While the carpets look great and the guy who did it was friendly and efficient. I noticed after he left around my staircase on the wall, where the hose was dragging it popped off some of our drywall. :(
Our technician was thorough, detailed, and efficient and cleaned our worn carpets beautifully. He was quick to answer any questions and didn't leave before making sure we were happy. We're very satisfied with our Zerorez experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and refer them to others.

The tile and grout weren’t very clean also had a lot of flies in my house due to all the doors being open because they didn’t have fans when putting stuff back in my pantry there was a little chip in my tile floor it wasn’t there before I called the guys that did my floor and they were like oh we thought it was a leaf or something then they said oh it was there both of them but only 1 guy cleaned in the pantry they made me feel like I was lying which I wasn’t this to me isn’t very professional especially when I’m paying over $500
