I do not feel like a thorough job was done. The carpet didn’t even appear to be cleaned after the service.
I watched as the carpet was being cleaned, and only one pass went over the area. I even explained how important it was to ensure that it was clean thoroughly.

The service guys were very knowledgeable, friendly and took care in while working in my house. The problem the stains didn't go away so you returned and used a different stain remover and puff they are gone. Thank you for the great customer service

Will was great! He is efficient and explains the whole process. He did not try to pressure any additional purchases. Sure, he offered them but I did not feel uncomfortable saying no thanks.
The tech always arrives in the time period given. The service is fast, and the carpets are good as new at the end. My carpets are 22 years old. No other company has touched them, and they look great.
