Jay, our service technician was the best we've ever had. He got our carpets so clean and was quick about it. I will definitely use him again.
The technician spent approximately15 minutes to clean two are rugs and I was not happy with the results. I will not call on Zerorez again.
The service tech Ricky Ricardo, was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over the different options and pricing before starting the job. And he explained the steps of the project. He was thorough and was able to get stains out of my carpet that I did not think was possible. He did not rush to get through it. He took his time and made sure my carpets were clean and that I was satisfied with the job he had done.

Our Technician was terrific and did a great job
The gentleman was very respectful of our property. He did a very thorough cleaning of our tile and grout after we had 2 major repairs of replacing tile where our slab cracked. It looks beautiful. We also had him steam the rug under the table to freshen it up and it looks new. Will have him back in the near future to clean our carpets.
The service was performed perfectly, not much water on the rugs, dried quickly.
The technician coming at the beginning of the arrival window was lot better experience.
The technicians are always polite and extremely efficient. The carpets are always noticeably cleaner and revived. And, outside of the carpets being well cleaned, you wouldn't know they'd been here!
My old carpet was left extremely clean. Very happy with results and love that there’s no residue or fragrance left.
I was quoted $329 for several rooms, carpeted and tile. The service person was nice and efficient. The carpets and grout in the tiles didn’t come completely clean but it’s 12 year old flooring. The downside was the strong upsell. I ended up paying $800 for the job. Everything was listed on his phone which made it hard to read and understand all he was adding in. Probably not going to use them again. I needed the floors cleaned before a party on Saturday and didn’t think I could have time to book someone else.

I needed a rush job and the team was so accommodating even though their schedule was full. I was able to get an 8-piece sectional cleaned within 48 hours of my initial inquiry. So grateful to the team for making it happen!
Our entire house was done on Monday--I can't remember the last time our carpet was this clean! The Gentleman who did the work was fantastic--Very respectful toward us and our home, a Great Guy !! I was over charged, for services rendered
Operator was good and carpets were cleaned. Under his tuck something was leaking on the pavement looked like oil and water. I tried cleaning after him to no avail. I called to have someone power wash the problem area and was scheduled for Wednesday afternoon.
I feel that this technician that I had cleaned my house. This time was the best it looks better than it ever has the last couple times I had it cleaned.his name was asleel or something like that actually this was well worth it. The last two times was not worth it.
The cleaner seemed like he really rushed to do the job. I e had better carpet cleaning jobs from less reputable companies.
I thought it would take up wax and it didn’t. I was told that cost extra.

The cleaning product seems to work really well. I don’t think my sofa has been this clean since it was brand new. It looks great. There’s not a lot of smell. It didn’t take very long either in the young man that did it was very very nice so I’m very happy and I will call them again when I get ready to do my floors.
