It is so easy to schedule with Zerorez, which is a big reason why I use this company. We've had the same guy a few years in a row and absolutely adore him. I didnt notice until after the employee came down and walked all over the dirty downstairs floors that his shoe protectors were pretty ripped. I could see half of his shoes. So not only was he dirtying the carpets as he 'cleaned' them, but as I stated he got them more dirty when he went up with me to show me a couple of spots. Early the next morning (today) I noticed a lot of dog hair in the master. We just purchased this home and never noticed it before. Im not sure if the wash brought up the dog hair somehow.
