He did a very thorough job. It wax very out and he spent lots of time making sure it wax perfect.
I am still waiting to hear back for over 2 weeks about the grout that was removed by the technician. The floor lamp and small side table they put back on the floor so now I have big marks in my carpet. They did not use any thing in between the furniture and carpet in the living room. The tech pulled everything off the carpet and never put anything back. I’m 62 years old recently widowed and my dog just died. I’m not up to moving large pieces of furniture. Also, it is their policy to only have one technician so beware as far as moving furniture and they do not move anything more than 50 pounds.
