They arrive early or on time. The technicians are fast and friendly.
The carpets and area rugs were visibly very clean after ZEROREZ cleaning. Workers were very courteous and professional!

I felt an upsell for spots. Took it. The job was rushed and steaks were left throughout the carpet. Have pics. Similar job to the at home cleaning machine we did last year. Wouldn’t book again or refer to Real Estate clients. Good marketing though.

We had dog urine on our carpet and the enzyme cleaner they sprayed took the smell and color out of the carpet !!! Way better than your competitors!

Very good job. Fast and carpets turned out great. Would have loved to have you do my tile too, but your prices are too high. There’s nothing special about that process with tile like carpets. Under $500 for all of it and I would have.

My carpet is very thick. They do a great job and it usually dries by two days. Other companies it takes five days to dry.my carpet is very light in color and it always comes out great.

Need better cleaning solution carpet still looks a little dull and has spots in it, but for the most part it’s a lot cleaner
