I scheduled the appointment at 10:00 a.m. and was given a 3 hour window - 10 am- 1 pm. They called and said the technician was ahead of schedule and would it be okay to come at 9:30, which was great. The technician (sorry, I'm terrible at remembering names) was very courteous, polite and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend!

The service representative was very friendly and informative. I like that they didn’t put too much water on the carpet while cleaning and the end results is very pleasing and the carpet even though it’s 20 years old looks amazing. I will be using zero Rez in about six months to keep the carpet looking Like new. I would definitely recommend zero Rez to anyone that would like a beautifully cleaned carpet.
