Those stains on my carpet did not come out. I was expecting this company to have a better product to get them out. The floors looked decent, but it did not last.

BRAIDEN was the technician who steam cleaned my tile floors. He did an amazing job. The tile looks as tough it is a shade lighter. More importantly he cared about doing a great job! He communicated with me, was respectful, helpful and knowledgeable.
I know others are wanting to have their floors cleaned in the next few months and I have already contacted them and told them to request Braiden. I will soon be having my carpets cleaned and I will request hm as well.

The service was fantastic. Jaden called ahead of arrival and showed up well within the appointment window. He was clear and honest about why he felt each service was and wasn't best for our situation. His casual communication made the whole process great.
ZeroRez is fast and efficient. My carpet came out great with no perfume odor.
It seemed when I did have enough for the $140 upcharge for "Pet Treatment" that I was dismissed. He cleaned the carpet but didn't repeat strokes and seemed to just glide over the top. There was no consideration for heavy traffic areas and there were spot that he didn't even clean. Pretty disappointed for $ 230 for less than an hour he was there.
The team takes time to make sure that the work is completed thoroughly and right. It is going to be 1 full year that we opened an account with zerorez and looking forward to future business with them.
My place sparkled after the deep cleaning of the sectional, rug and headboard. Even got a charcoal spot off my new couch.

Zerorez has become my go to carpet cleaning service for 3 years! I try to get my carpet cleaned every 3 months, but this time, life interrupted that schedule and a whole year passed by. My carpet was extremely dirty. I was afraid Zerorez wouldn't be able to rise to the challenge. However, a young man named Zacharas came to my home, assessed the ground in dirt and stains and said, "no worries, I got you". He was true to his word. Not only did he do a fabulous job cleaning my carpet, he educated me on how red, blue and other colors can dye the carpet fibers creating a permanent stain if not cleaned before they dry. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and well versed on the business of carpet cleaning. I liked him.
Although I have been satisfied with the results of my carpet cleaning in the past, if I were to compare, and I am, my carpet hasn't been this clean and bright since a young man named Wilbur from Zerorez cleaned my carpet a couple of years ago. I am extremely happy with the service Zacharas rendered; he was far from lazy; he was thorough. He didn't just come to my home and run a carpet cleaning machine over my carpet racing to get to the next client, no, he took his time and gave me what I was paying for and more. He made me feel like a valued customer and not some check off list of houses to get through. Which is why I will continue to use Zerorez as my go to carpet and upholstery cleaning service.

Zero detergents and soaps that leave residue. We have 2 dogs and 2 kids and our carpets really needed some love. Will and Owen did a great job, were friendly, and quick and efficient. Will explained everything including pricing and education around carpet care for the future.
