The guys did a great job. We were very satisfied

A good job was done in some areas where there were marks on the carpet that are gone now.

However, there appear to be new dark marks in some areas of carpet that were not dark before cleaning. At this time, my perception is this cleaning was not as good as the prior cleaning, especially as the technician upsold me over $200 above the quote I was given over the phone.

There also appears to be an extra non-existent room that I was charged for on the bill which has already been paid.

24 hours after cleaning, I'm disappointed.

My carpet looked horrible but after Tracy did my carpet my god so so much better cleaner. I was a little skeptical I had someone come out 5 months prior but by a week my rug looked basically the same. But not this time thank u again awesome job. Paid $300 for steam cleaning my sectional... Joe added bio something to get the pet odor out and unfortunately none of that worked... Couch also felt crunchy afterward. 😢

When I scheduled my appointment to have my carpets cleaned, I requested Daniel. He cleaned my carpets last year and did an amazing job. On my recent cleaning he called to let me know he would be coming early, He had an another fellow with him, they were a great team, professional, friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend Zerorez, I have used them for years.

Yes my carpet is white, probably harder to clean! I can still see where the spots are and he told me they will probably come back, also ask me when I was gonna have company again, why? Sorry but really disappointed in the results, you could still see the spots as he walked out the door that the time he was here was maybe 45 minutes!!

After paying so much and having the floors cleaned, there were marks that looked like cloudiness in certain spots. I called the technician (who was really nice - great guy) and he came back and basically used a mop and water to go over the spots.

I liked the technicians but thought the product was terrible.
