The cleaning was fine, I question pricing for the size of the sofa cleaned and the short amount of time it took to clean. I will definitely recommend to friends and family to check competitors before just committing to one company.

There was no follow up from management on the mess left in the street. Employee came back and cleaned it up the best he could. That was appreciated. I was told someone would come by but there was no follow up after that. The lack of customer service on the company's part, not the employee, would lead me to not use this company again. Therefore, not a company I would recommend to my neighbors.

The process it’s self
Everything went well, Braden the service tech arrived on time. It was very friendly and answered all my questions. He recommended Scotch guard, and explained everything well. Carpet dried in the normal timeframe and was very nice looking when it was completed.
