Well, to begin with I advised the call taker that I needed a large room cleaned that had pet spots. She rehearsed the items we had done on ZEROEZs last visit and I agreed it was the same. When the tech arrived I explained to him the pet spots needed to be cleaned and even went so far as to describe the process that was done the last time we had ZEROREZ come to the house and even told him the tech had to come back a second time to complete the job. He was pretty confident that with his expertise the spots were gone. I told him, good cause he would have to come back if they reappeared, which they have. I texted and called the tech at the number he left with me and even called the company today over three hours ago to get them back today or earlier tomorrow. All she told me is that I didn't pay for the pet spot removal and that she needed to speak to her manager. I was told she would be calling back, so far nothing.
I am bothered by the fact I told both people that I needed pet spots cleaned, in my opinion both understood that. Today, I finally received a receipt showing I did not pay for pet cleaning, however I was charged for the extra sized room even though I paid for a three room cleaning for 89.00. I only had one room cleaned?
Make it right by getting the tech back here ASAP to clean what I had originally asked for, do not charge me for anything extra since I was clear on what needed to be done to begin with. I think it is poor service to leave customers hanging, both the sales tech and the clean tech are not returning my calls for clarification of service.

My only problem was with the scheduling. I had scheduled the cleaning 5 weeks ahead of the app't and I was given a 10 am - 1 pm window. At 11:30 I received a call that the tech would not be arriving until 1:30 or so. I explained that wouldn't work for me. The tech arrived at 12: 50 pm.
Only because the scheduler knew that I was getting ready to cancel....
Very Poor. Take a good look at how the customer is treated. We have a life too....

The grout cleaning made the tile floor look amazing. The air definitely seems fresher now that the carpets are clean.
