The tech did a pretty good job, but seemed to jack me around with the price. He was very evasive about cost & when the job was finished, the numbers quoted were different

The guys that were sent to my home the second time were very friendly and professional My only wish is that the carpet looked like it had been cleaned. The carpet is still not listed in the walkways which is very odd. I've never had that happen before.

Excellent service from start to finish!
We are pleased in the fact that the carpets not only came out very clean but it made our carpets virtually like new again. Pleased that all the really bad "traffic" areas came clean with no stains remaining. Very happy with the services, Eddy was very nice and did an excellent job, he was very informative regarding the technic that is used in cleaning the carpets. We had a large area rug that is about 25 years old and has never been professionally cleaned. He took the area rug back to his office where it will be thoroughly bathed... I'm excited to see how it turns out!! Thanks Zerorez for a great experience.

Representative immediately tried to upsell me. Finish product was unsatisfactory even in low traffic areas. Complete disappointment. I will not allow zerorez back to my home, I rented a carpet cleaner and will finish the job myself. The $132.00 I paid to zerorez for me is a learning experience and a reminder not to call zerorez back for anything. Thank you but no thank you. Keep the money,find another sucker. I will not recommend zerorez.

Friendly employees who confirmed befor arriving and also called ahead of time to let me know where I was in the time window. Victor did a great job on the carpets. I definitely will continue to call Zerorez to clean my floors.

Very high pressure sales on-site. Ends up doubling the price of what you thought you were going to pay. Extremely irritating. Let customers decide what they want to put on their carpets ahead of the appointments. I also didn't like the time it took to check out via credit card -- I hope my card number wasn't stolen as he was taking a picture of it.
Top notch service at affordable price
Once again it was your deceptive pricing habits. I won't get burned again. The first time I spent over $400 on my couch the stairs in the carpet. This time you're $89 special is $132. Even your three room special at $89 is less than $30 a room so for for 132 or I suppose at four still too much. This company is stuck it to me twice and will not get a third opportunity. I hope the extra $43 you got was worth losing a customer over. Like you didn't get enough money out of me the first time when you told me what the price is going to be and then charge me more just like this time. That's just the way your company operates
