Professional and friendly service. Technician explains everything, including all costs, before beginning job. Love that no soap is used. Nothing left to muck up carpet. Service does excellent job on tile and grout, too. Will only use Zerorez from now on.

This was our first time using Zerorez and it was a great experience. Eddie, our technician, was very nice and explained everything to us and didn't try to sell us extra services. We did have the extra pet stain treatment in one room where our dog had gotten sick. The carpets look great and so does the area of tile that was cleaned for free. We will have them out again to clean the rest of the tile and the carpets when needed.

Product: my house didn't smell after he was done. Usually wet carpet smells when it's drying, especially when there was dog urine in the carpet!
