Carlos was the best, professional, knowledgeable, personable & detail oriented! I'll request Carlos next time I need carpet cleaning. I didn't believe the carpet could be revitalized but zerorez made the carpet look like new!
Be exact on pricing and don't upsell while on location
Honor the window of time originally given, not be one and a half hours after that window. Honor $25 gift card with no stipulations. Do not charge fuel fee! If it is not worth the customers business to absorb fuel costs, you do not need the customers. When two technicians come and one does 90% of the work, it is not efficient use of manpower
I had a very small complaint about a fuel charge being included on my invoice and zerorez actually called to try and rectify my issue. I explained the only way to fix my complaint was to not have fuel surcharges when the price of fuel is low. I truly appreciate the attempt and the excellent customer service I have received from zerorez.
No soap
My carpet and my floors are like brand new. I've been using a different carpet cleaning service and never felt this good after they left. And the tech Ryan is super nice and explains things as he goes along. I will definitely be using you again in the future.

Most rug cleaning services have standard some ability to scrub the rugs with basic cleaning. We were disappointed that it was extra for that.
The processes for Zerorez keep my carpets so clean with stains that normal carpet companies can't get out. They were ontime and did a great job very quickly.

Appt was between 1:00 and 4:00. Tech arrived a few minutes after 4:00...didn't finish until about 7:30...too late to be in someone's house doing work. The guy was very nice (no problem with him), but I feel he may have hurried in the master bedroom closet, as carpet is not as clean as it should be. It also took from 7:30 last night until 4:30 today for the carpets to dry. Have never had to wait that long for carpet to dry.

They Always do a good job on the carpets
Service was prompt, on time and quick. Attendant was amiable and knowledgeable. Carpet cleaned better than anyone else had done over the past eight years, and when finished the carpet was barely damp. Was totally dry in about 6 hours instead of the normal 48 hours as with other cleaning services. There was no latent odors or fumes.
we had an appt at 9 am and when I cam home at 630pm the carpets in some rooms still felt very damp. and the over all feel of my carpets were flat, hard piled down and stuff. my carpet was very soft and lush before the service.
Was told they would be there between 9:00-11:00. as had made plans for lunch later, they did not arrive until 1:00 and I kept calling, also there are a couple ripples in my carpet, they blamed it on carpet not being stretched right, had it cleaned before by Stanley and never had any ripples, was very dissatisfied
