I like how clean my carpets are and that they aren't crunchy afterwards. Andrew, my technician, was super knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Overall, great service and a great experience!
Customer service
Quoted $89 for 3 rooms per radio ad. Added stairs - total quote at $142. Tech charged $175. I don't support businesses that operate that way.
Prices are significantly higher for tile/grout and duct cleaning.

My carpet looked so much better after the cleaning. The technician was very polite and friendly.
I used to be in the carpet cleaning business. These guys are many times better than what I could do at that time. In fact we don't let anyone else near our carpets. That's how satisfied we are. The former Zero Rez was called Venturi carpet cleaning. We used Venturi in Seattle for 4 years and then Xero Rez there. and the last 9 years here in Las Vegas. You cannot beat these guys in my long experience.
Service was quick, through and guys were friendly!! No complaints.

You advertise the "retwisting" of carpet walk ways, yet the technician had no clue what we were talking about when we brought this up and some of the walk ways aren't that much improved. Also, the technician did not take time on the edge of our main area in the living room and it does not seem any cleaner

I have worked with Ben McKee for the past several months. He is very helpful and provides quick responses to my answers. The work crew does a fabulous job and can handle problems when they arise - which is often. The cost is competitive also. We are very happy with Zerorez.
David has great customer service. He told me, if my carpeting needed a touch up, to contact Zerorez and they would return to my home. I appreciated that advice.

I like you don't use chemicals and the carpet dries quickly. This is my second time to utilize Zerorez. They are efficient, professional and on time for the appointment! I just recommended them to my Godmother.
I requested Eddie,however another man came .I was willing to wait for my person of preference.When I was called ,the employee did not identify himself ..he asked for Mr. Last name removed.I don't answer open ended questions when I answer the phone.In your training I suggest "hello my name is ---,with zerorez".I don't like loads of questions especially since I had your service a month ago."just clean my rug"!!!Look at me when you speak , have eye contact.I will continue to use your service..I want my requests honored.Thank you Name removed.

Zak took his time and made sure the carpet was cleaned and most important, soaked up the water so it was dry by evening! The pet treatment was great. The smell is gone!
