Eddie was fantastic. He really gave it his all to make sure that our carpet looked great when he was done.
When making the appointment I specifically said I wanted to pay over the phone. I made the appointment for my mother's carpets because she watches my children during the week. I didn't want her to have to pay for it. I was supposed to be contacted for my credit card over the phone, yet the man demanded my mother pay him! Even after she said he was supposed to call me for payment. The carpets turned out nice, but the service was only so-so.
