I forgot his name; it's been a hectic week. He did the most amazing job on the carpet, stairs and the pet smells. He was professional, empathetic to my situation and I am grateful. My carpet looks great after it was cleaned.

I had to call to have them come back because the first person, whatever he did, left my house smelling so bad that I couldn't even sleep in the carpeted bedroom. I had to sleep on the couch. So I had to have people come and redo the carpet. I should have been given my service for free
