Customer service was great and professional. Quick service and carpets look great.
The service was great but the results after the carpet dried was not what I expected. I can still see the darkness in the high traffic areas and you can still see where the carpet was matted down even though I paid extra to have it brought back to like new condition. I assume this is because my carpet is a cheap quality. I just would have appreciated if my expectations were discussed ahead of time so that I wasn't disappointed afterwards.
Great people, great service!
The products are good, but what makes it great is the service. Very professional, knows what their doing and really helps explain the options. I was comfortable with him being in the house and now a week later the carpet still looks great! (Even with two kids, two dogs and two cats!)

Remember to offer to do other areas than those specified. The cleaners did an amazing job on the carpet and kitchen tile, but didn't offer to do the entry way tile (and I forgot) so now they're mismatched : /

Prices seem to be a bit high, especially since nothing was moved and only the traffic areas were cleaned.

I really like the way Zack and Chris handled cleaning my carpets. The carpets looked better than they ever had before even including the 2 times that your company has already cleaned the carpets. They were very efficient and worked at a steady pace and were finished in record time. Both were very polite . I hope I can ask for either one the next time the carpets need cleaning.

The job was great. I paid $360.00 for 9 rooms, stairs and a hallway.. Sounds great.
I asked the cleaner Bryan to run the cleaner in a closet (I measured the space requested)

Loved the service & politeness from the 2 fellows who cleaned our carpets, area rugs, laminate floor & a complimentary tile cleaning (which brought our ceramic floor to a new look). My only disappointment was that the carpeting was not soft afterwards.
