Nice to see your technicians make sure to clean our carpets, not add to the dirt from outside the house, by wearing booties. The technician (David?) who did the last service to our house is commendable. He explained what needed to d=be done, based on what he saw. He did not make promises, but he said he would do his best to achieve best results. We were satisfied with the results.

89.00 for 3 partial rooms way to much. The gal said the tech would be able to tach the carpet back on the strip like most cleaning carpet co do he said I don't have tools for the. Your commercial said they would do some grout and tile as well. Didn't happen. He did most of one room and just walk way of two rooms

The Zerorez man was very efficient, polite and explained what he was going to do and what the results would be. He not only was on time, he called me and asked if he could come early, which i greatly appreciated.

I got the pet stain spot treatment, it took out most of the stain and definitely the odor, the carpet looks newer and smells fresher. The technician was very friendly, helpful, and punctual.

I have really old carpets and Zeroez is the only service that seems to get my carpets clean, even on my high traffic areas.
For $1185 I expected everything to be perfect; but it was far from it. The carpet cleaning was fine; and a very fair price. The tile cleaning was another story. At the high price of $1.25 per sq. ft., one expects the job to be done right. When I questioned the tech as to why the price was so high he said: "yes, we're high; but we're worth it". While he was cleaning, I pointed out several areas where the grout was not white, but gray or brown. His explanation was that the grout absorbs different amounts of water; and when it dries tomorrow it will all be white. As I was not convinced this would be true, instead of taking my loaded trailer and moving to my new house in Banning, California that night as planned; I was forced to rent a hotel room (at an unplanned cost) and spend another day in Vegas.
When I returned to the house in the morning, all the areas I pointed out to the tech were still various shades of gray and brown; instead of white. I called customer service at 8am and requested a supervisor to come to the property, so I could show him the problem. I explained that I had to leave for California in an hour. I was told they were in a morning meeting and I would be called back shortly. When I called again after about 30 minutes to inquire when he was coming, I was told they were all now on a conference call. I was offered that a new, more experienced tech would come to re-do the job as soon as possible; and a supervisor would call me when possible. My neighbor kindly offered to open the house for them and follow up for me. At approximately 12:30pm the tech finally arrived and confirmed that the first job was poorly done. To your company's credit, he knew what he was doing and completed the job to my neighbor's satisfaction.
In conclusion, I find it very difficult to recommend your company, even though you rectified the problem; as the need for you to rectify the problem caused me additional financial burden (hotel and food costs) plus many, many hours wasted for both myself and my neighbor to rectify the problem.
Ps: your supervisor never did call me as promised.

I just had my carpets cleaned on Monday by Chris B. I can not begin to tell how pleased I am with how wonderful this young an is. Chris B. is a perfect example of what a great customer service person should be. The job that he did on my carpets was absolutely perfect and both my wife and can not stop talking to our neighbors about great we think he was.
We have recommended him to most of the people that live in our community and also to the management due to the unsatisfactory comments that we have heard about the company that they are using at present. If I was to start a company of my own, I would want to have all of my employees educated by this man on how to do customer service in the right fashion and keep the customers coming back for repeat business.
