The tech, "Victor" did a great job, and was very thorough in his efforts to make the flooring look its best. I would rate the Tech as a 10.
We paid the extra for the added " Better than Scotch guard treatment" "liquids will just bead up on top of the carpet for easy cleaning, and stains wont set in"
Well after allowing a couple of days to pass, i tried every room that was treated with a splash of water, and the rug soaked it up like a thirsty desert traveler. I will call them back to do another group of offices, however i will not add the protective treatment.
Did great work. Called ahead. On time. Tech explained everything before starting. Carpet was super clean. Price was competitive. Follow up call. My sister and parents thought I bought a new carpet.
The Bathroom carpet in front of the vanity had 2-pails of liquid poured on it to get out the stain and smell at a cost of $100.00 extra on Tuesday. The gentleman said it would take a while for the smell to go away. Well the carpet still has a stain and the smell is still there. In the Hallway there is still a black spot on the carpet. I am very disappointed this time. I have used Zerorez several times before and had good luck.

Have used you before and fine. This time it wssnt very good. He was in and out in like 10 mins. Dont see a difference like i usually do
cleaning is without soap and when carpet is cleaned with soap the soap draws more dirt.
The guys where very professional and explained everything in detail. Made sure all of equipment and any mess nade was cleaned up before they left. Courtesy was given to my wife as she was the one dealing with the gentleman.
Every one is very friendly and accommodating. Service and price are outstanding and the end results are truly better than traditional carpet cleaning.

Although the guy was very pleasant, he was by himself. I had 2 rugs to be cleaned which he did after the carpet. I had to wrestle them into a shape I could get through the door because he had bundled them. Then I had to move all of the furniture...took a couple of hours, it is very heavy had to move one end of the table 4 in then the other numerous times to get it where it needed to. Had he done the rugs first and draped them they would have been dry enough to put down. I'll be going back to the guy I used to use, he came with a helprt and returned furniture to position. Also he puts down part to walk on til all is dry.
I love the high alkaline water and no chemicals used! My pet stains always come out and stay out.

We have used zerorez in the past to have our carpets cleaned but this time we had our dryer vent cleaned...technicians arrived on time and were very pleasant. They explained the process. Once everything was completed the technician showed me where the vent was located on our roof. We would certainly not hesitate to use zerorez again!
