They made the carpets look even better then before! Didn't think it was possible since they were in good shape to begin with. No bad odors or chemicals etc. Service guys were very thorough and checked out every spot even picked up on some things I never saw. Can't wait to have my moms done for her next!
Mostly the service. Both guys that have come out to my home were super nice. I'm pretty faithful so as long as the carpet cleaners stay friendly, I will always call back for future services.
The carpet cleaning was excellent but I felt the sofa and chair cleaning price was a little high. The carpet was $64 for two rooms including the fiber protectant and the sofa and chair was $120 and $80 for a total of $200.

I'm a bit disappointed. The main bedroom that I had asked to be clean didn't have really any furniture in it because we had just done some Renovations. There was one small piece of furniture that simply could have been slid out of the way. The reason I wanted the carpet and cleaned was because the room was extremely Dusty after having Stone and Tile work done. It wasn't moved so there's a big pile of dust under it. 100 square feet of tile was supposed to be cleaned at no charge. But they left the dirtiest part of the entryway not cleaned. A bit lazy for sure.
Brian cleaned my carpet and tiles...both look (and the carpet feels) fantastic!!!!! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family (and, of course use Zerorez in the future).

The whole experience was quite pleasant starting with the person we booked with on the phone. The technician, Brian, called before arriving, was on schedule, very nice and seemed thorough. The cost was as quoted on the phone. Our carpets look super.

My service providers were very nice and very considerate but I must admit that my furniture was either poorly done or zerorez does not work. 4 of the furniture pieces look awful! I couldn't tell they were done at all.

The two workers were very polite and professional. They did a great job on the tile/grout for my home and did what they could regarding pet stains in the bedroom....the living room carpet came out great and I will definitely have zerorez do my floors again. GOOD JOB

I need you to come back, there is a stain from the chemicals about 5 feet long
I was a little disappointed by the smell after the cleaning. It smelled a little like a wet dog when he left. Since we've never had a dog in the house it was a little disconcerting. Some extra deodorizing would have been nice. I had to spray Fabreze around the rooms.
Having said that, I am more pleased than displeased with my carpets. Thank you.
