You advertised three rooms for $85 and after they cleaned one spot the bill jump up to $550. At that point I felt pressured into it or have them do the lower rate with one spot cleaner then the other.
He did a good job cleaning the carpet. It was very wet when he is done and took a long time to dry up but I don't have any problem with his job.
The only problem I had was that he left ugly black tire marks on my drive way and I had to scrub off the marks.
The service technician was on time a very friendly and positive that's what I really liked about him he said he would do his best and that's just what he did. The carpet came out great and looked like brand new. My white area rug too came out great! And no chemical smells just fresh clean. I am very pleased,
Your service agent Ryan Poole is very courteous and efficient. He was able to correct a situation to our satisfaction and explained corrective measures that will enable us to use your services in the future.
Staff members were friendly - from our initial phone call to service. And our carpets looked and felt like they were brand new!

The technician was very informative and answered all questions. Jason did a very competent and thorough job and my rug looks and feels so much better. I wish that the urine odor would disappear completely but I am hoping that within a short while.it will. I would definitely have your company back again to keep the rug and chair looking great.

I like the fact that your products are biological, made with plants, and have a pleasant smell.
My carpets looked good although there were a few places that needed touch-ups which showed when the carpet dried, but after Zach came back to do so, everything looked good.,

I liked the professionalism of your staff including the technician. I liked the fact that there is no sulfectants to make the carpets stiff. I wish I would have done this sooner!! Will definitely all you to have upstairs carpet cleaned. Zak explained things well to me.

I was not happy with the extra cost for treatment of pet stains...but maybe I misunderstood what I was told. I understood I was to receive an $89 special for three areas and didn't expect my bill to be over $260...I have used ZeroRez in the past and never have had an issue, not I'm questioning the cost for additional treatment.

Please make sure you tell your first time customers that dirty or stained carpets need pre-treatment in order to obtain that clean new carpet look!!
When I called to make my appointment, this was not explained to me so my husband and I expected a clean new carpet look since that's what we saw on your website. And I actually called 3x to move my appointment up and all 3 people I spoke with didn't tell me about the pre-treatment. I had my Mom watched our house because my husband and I went to work. When the technician came to our house, he didn't inform my Mom re the pre-treatment either. So when I got home, I noticed my daughter's room's carpet is still looking the same..stained. You can see the spot where her furnitures used to be and where is the heavy traffic area at. We can clearly see it because we emptied her room out.
The following day, my husband called & spoke to a manager asking for my daughter's bedroom to be rectified only to be told that dirty/stained carpet need pre-treatment first. My husband explained that we were not aware of it since it wasn't explained to me when I called. We are actually willing to pay extra because we want our daughter's carpet to be cleaned and to look brand new again!!! We are actually throwing a surprise for her 15th birthday by redoing her bedroom and she had no idea about it. Disappointed with how her carpet looks, we have to keep going with the surprise because we are crunching for time.
My husband and I were extremely displeased that nothing was done to make us a happy customer. The manager could have offered to get it done the same day since there was a misunderstanding!!!
Out of all carpet cleaners we chose Zerorez over the competitors!!! Now, we don't know if we made the right choice.
