Always very professional service
The Tech was very friendly and went straight to work.
Even though he sprayed the carpet with some sort of solution he immediately began vacuuming. I feel there was not enough time for this solution to do it's job.
There are areas that were very dirty and did not get completely clean. No attempt was made to scrub these areas before vacuuming.
Otherwise the carpet looks clean. Only time will tell if the carpet does not get dirty quickly.
Nice and good job. I really liked the tile.
There is no chemicals and it dried quickly. There was no weird chemical smells.

You are efficient and do a wonderful job of cleaning the carpets -- We have 3 male dogs that like to "top dog" each other and so have pet stains, and you do the best job of eliminating stains and smells. I also like that there is no residue shampoo or whatever when you are finished.

Juan and Anthony cleaned the carpets and tile floors, in my home, on August 15, 2017. They were extremely professional and thorough in their work, and have excellent customer service skills. They paid attention to details and took their time to insure both the carpets and tile floors were clean. Both Juan and Anthony are excellent representatives of the product and service they provide. The products and process itself is odor-free and uses minimal water while producing excellent results. I would recommend Zero-rez to anyone looking for quality service.
Carpet looks like new. The guys were so nice and did great job. I think the ones name was Ryan, they made a great team. Been with u guys for a long time love you.
My carpets are 15years old. I have used Zerorez exclusively. They stll look great. I would like to get a new carpet but I can't justify it. Thanks Zerorez
Robert Doucet was very accommodating and patient and answered all my questions concerning the cleaning process of my carpets. He was friendly and thorough and neat. My carpets are several years old but they look wonderful and he was able to remove a stain that nobody has ever been able to do. I will always request Robert.

Originally had some issues, but after speaking with the office my concerns were cleared up.
Well I'm not sure. But my carpets were a little crunchy after they dried.
