I had my bedrooms and area rug cleaned on Saturday, 9/2/17. I stayed off of the rug in those rooms until they were dry. In a section in the Master Bedroom it is very clear that has not been cleaned. There had been a spill and the carpet is still matted, crusty due to the spiill in that area. It concerns me now that none of the rugs have been cleaned properly. I had also asked the technician to put protector sheets under the legs on antique Dresser and Chest of Drawers in the guest bedroom to protect them from water. He only put them under one piece.
I have used Zerorez several times over the years at my prior home and naturally called them out to do the rugs in my new home. Very disappointed with the quality of the work. Obviously they were in a hurry to get to the next job. I expect Zerorez to send a technician back to clean the rug again in the Master Bedroom and check the other rugs to see if they need to be done again. I needed my floors and carpet cleaned in a very short period of time. Zerorez was able to accommodate same day. The technicians were fast and careful. I have used Zerorez services before because of their non toxic method.

The rugs dry quickly and are very soft afterwards. There is no stiff soap residue in the rug fibers.

I was anticipating a less than pleasant experience. What i received, however, was the easiest most comfortable experience i could have imagined. Not only did the results of the cleaning exceed my expectations, the customer service was over the top. When I say "over the top", I do not mean in an insincere fast food smiling kind of way. Chris Deak was the technician assigned and this guy was a true customer service professional. I recommend requesting this highly motivated young man, you will not regret it. I only use Zerorez and have for 10 years. Our carpet feels soft and doesn't feel like there is stain protection on it.
