Great work done at my house! However, I think you should give some discount to those of us that don't have (3) rooms of carpet, rooms that have carpet are small, and are repeat customers. It does make a person want to start shopping other businesses ~
Carpet was clean but also somewhat stiff after treatment. It improved after vacuuming.

Andrew the tech that came to my house was very friendly. He walked me through the process. We did a walk through of my house and he pointed out areas that my dogs had urinated on. Andrew was very professional. The price was less than I thought it was going to be. Zerorez is going to be the carpet cleaning company that I call whenever my carpets need cleaning.

The 2 guys that came out to clean the carpets were very nice and did a good job. However, in doing so they broke one of our sprinkler heads. My wife called in this morning to report this incident, and she was told that a "supervisor" would be calling back. it is now 9;20 pm and still no return call. I want Zerorez to pay for the damage to the sprinkler.
Some small areas of carpet is not clean The grout is not as clean as could be.
