Your process and the akalinated cleaning solution used proved to me and the family just how much dirt and residue remained in our carpeting that had been serviced only two weeks prior by another local carpet cleaning company. The entire house was bone dry in about four hours and following a final combing of the carpet pile, it looked fantastic and felt squeaky clean on my bare feet.

While my floors needed some heavy duty cleaning - the overall work done at my home was good - except for the tile behind the door in the bathroom were not cleaned. I understand that it is a small space - and I understand that usually the area close to wall / cabinets is hard to reach with equipment ... I have used past competitors and they would get in and clean it manually. Also the clean up after the job was not all complete. My wood floors were sticky.
Scheduling is very easy, the technician was excellent and the price is very reasonable. My husband and i have used Zerorez for a number of years and we love the way are carpets look!!

The job was done quickly and with high quality.
The representative was informative and helpful and did a wonderful job of getting all the stains out of the carpet. He offered the protective coat but was not pushy about it, just explained the benefits which sells itself. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received. He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.

I was told different pricing info before deciding to book and once they came to do the job. The team who came partially (instead of three rooms I got the rug and hallway as I was initially told the rug was a room) honored the price on the phone as their attempt to make it right. I accepted. But now I wish I wouldn’t have because I don’t know that this service solved the issue. (Dog urine smell) . Not sure how you can make it right.... clean a third room as I was told on phone or possibly do something with the rug again.
