The carpet really cleans thoroughly even those ground in dirt area. A pleasant smells left behind, not chemical smelling. The smell lasts for only a short time.
The service is excellent. The technicians are knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. Also, they were on time and completed the work within the estimated time. This is the second year that I have had Zerorez clean my carpets and tile, and I am very satisfied.

Service man was very polite and all work was asked to be checked and approved. He even redid areas needing more attention according to my wants. Very pleased with results of the cleaning and no chemical smells.

The small area of our living room unfortunately still had an odor on it. We do have a puppy but there were very few accidents on it. Also there was still areas where it seems still dirty. The rest came out nice, stairs, hallway and other rooms.

On time for service call and very professional attention to detail
My mother in law still has spots on her carpet that our old company was able to get out every time they came, but not Zerorez. Then, at my house the pet stain did not come out so I called my neighbor because I saw his truck. He came over and removed the small pet stain. I will be writing a longer review on Google because I was very unsatisfied.

Easy to get appointment. Workers are very conscientious.
Prices are a bit higher than other good competition. I use Zerores because I like the way they professionally clean my wool area rugs. I only use Zerores for the rest of the carpet when I need my area rugs cleaned as well, when they offer a discount on carpet cleaning for the house.
My house and floors don’t have all these chemicals. The technicians were absolutely amazing. I rate this company a perfect 10. Thank you zerorez 😊
