Each time we use zerorez we are extremely happy with the results. We also are impressed with the people who work at zerorez. They have all been very sociable and competent.
Our technician, Jonathan, was professional, efficient, and courteous. He first explained exactly what he was going to do, and then he proceeded to do it. When he had finished, he asked what we thought and if we had questions. He also told us about what the drying time would be. He did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets! They look great.
We will certainly have Zerorez, and, hopefully Jonathan, back to clean our carpets again.

Andrew was amazing! He called to let us know he was on his way and showed up in the time frame he said. He was very knowledgeable of the products he was using and explained why it works. He was very thorough and went over parts again that he thought needed a little more help. Zerorez was great!

Your crew did an excellent job cleaning the ductwork. What a mass of junk they removed. We just moved into this place, and we are both suffering from allergies to something in the house. In just a few days, we are starting to feel better. The junk in the ductwork might be what was making us sick.
