low pressure but explained all the different options and services offered. He was early and worked very efficiently. Professional, polite and educated on the company and product. I am so happy with the results. Would definitely recommend this person and company to people!!
We loved everything! Luis & William were such hard working guys who professional and caring. They discussed all options and pros and cons in detail prior to agreeing to the treatment. They were both so knowledgable and not willing to take chances. Also very fair in negotiating.

Would never use your company again. I do not believe the technician was fully trained to take on the two jobs he did. Very poor quality work and extremely poor response from management
When the Zerorez arrives for a carpet cleaning, the Tech attempts to increase the pricing by offering a 'deep-cleaning' method on tough carpet stains! Deep carpet stains are never discussed nor is the increased pricing. Ergo, the price is never fixed. Also, a customer must read the small advertising print that there is an $8.00 fuel charge passed on to the customer. Not sure why the customer must pay for fuel charges on behalf of Zerorez? One final caveat. The Carpet-Tech states that the gas credit card of $25.00 will be mailed. To date no gas card has been received. Senior Citizens, on a fixed income of social security should be treated fairly.
My carpet is still dirty and stains were not removed....called to complain and the supervisor was rude and not helpful at all.
No machines in the house. Tech's wear booties, corner guards and neat.
