The dry carpet felt same as when Stanley Steamer cleaned in past, kind of ‘hard.’ Time will tell if it is really ‘ZeroreZ.’

I was not happy with price that I was charged. The ad said that you could get 2 rooms treated and cleaned for $99. They gave me the stairs for 1/2 price, but because they had to do a "deep clean and sanitize" in the pet areas, it ended up costing me $300 plus as opposed to the $99 ad.
Bernard was our carpet cleaner. He arrived promptly at the appointment time. Very courteous and did an excellent job. He was very informative about the processes used. Impressed with the fact that he was able to do everything himself.
