First of all, what a team Zack and Anthony make. So happy it was the two of them who returned six months after that first spectacular cleaning! They are so cheerful, helpful and accommodating. Obviously, their training is topnotch, and my old carpeting looks almost new! Thanks to all of you!

Your company is a bate and switch! The service I received was not acceptable. You care more about making money than making happy customers. Your philosophy of providing a great service with excellent results is nothing more than a selling tactic. My carpet is two years old and light spots that were on my carpet did not come out. I was originally sold and paid for Bio 2 and got Bio 1. I feel like I was swindled and I will let all my friends know what kind of system you run.
The process went very smooth. I left an email and voicemail to have service. I received a call back same day and the scheduler was quick, professional and detailed in her explanation of the process. My service time was 3-6. Bernard called me that he could come earlier and we arranged for 2:30. Bernard was professional and walked me through each step and worked with me to get the most important areas cleaned within my budget. I had a mattress, 3 bedrooms and an entire house with tile and grout cleaning. Bernard took his time and we measured every area to see where I could get the most for my money.
Once the process began, Bernard showed me completed areas for approval and then he would explain the next areas. This allowed me to move around the house to stay out of his way. Bernard is a vital asset to your team. His professionalism and attention to detail is worth everything especially in your business. I have left two reviews online and have forwarded my before and after photos to my friends in the city. As for the product, it is the best in the industry. No strange smells in the carpet or crunchy carpet and the grout/tile cleaning is unreal. Zerorez you have this nailed and keep your team members happy because they provided amazing service.

Our friends arrived for a visit the day after Bernard from Zerorez had cleaned our carpet and they thought we"d had new carpet installed. This young man was truly diligent and worked very hard to make us very happy customers. This was not the first time we have used zerorez but Bernard made it the very best result ever. Can't praise him highly enough and will request him the next time we need our carpets cleaned.

I think it definitely made my carpets clean but I guess I went in with higher expectations after seeing all the reviews and commercials. My carpet was not fluffy again and you could still see outlines where area rugs lay. I know my carpet was old but according to all the reviews and your claims I thought it wasn’t gonna matter.
The carpets were left much better than I ever expected. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Zerorez, was flexible in having a service technician come to my home on the same day, I contacted them. They deep cleaned my carpets and removed some of the ugliest carpet stains. The carpets look really clean and the high traffic areas look brand new. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
Luis was very professional and did an outstanding job in a very efficient manner.
I was very pleased with the job done by Louis. He walked me through the process and showed me areas of the carpet where my dog had done her business (which I was not aware of). He worked very hard to get my carpet clean. My carpet is 5 years old and it's looking better than it has in a while. No more residue or stiffness from the last company I used. I will definitely call again when I need my carpets cleaned.
