A job well done
In my opinion, the first technician, Chris on Monday 6/11/18, did not take the time to do the job properly. I originally scheduled for the $99/3 room special, but I ended up paying $486 for a level 2 treatment in two of the three rooms. That’s nearly 5 times the advertised price! Although unhappy with the up-sell, I was willing to pay extra for clean & sanitary, soft carpet. I paid for 4 jugs of the treatment solution. After applying the 4 jugs of solution, Chris was done extracting it within 30 minutes. My carpet was still damp in spots 24 hours later. In the areas where the carpet was dry, it was crunchy. I called customer service at 5:30 p.m. on 6/12/18 and was told they would only send a out a technician for a reservice if my carpet smelled like mildew. I insisted and was then told they would send someone after 4:00 on the 13th. After continued discussion, the customer service rep scheduled a reservice for 10:00 am on the 6/13/18. When the new techs arrived, the carpet was still damp in areas. This was 48 hours after the original cleaning. The new techs, Jay & his partner, were courteous, hardworking and attempted to make things right. As I wait for the carpets to dry, again, I can only hope that the reservice will achieve satisfactory results. Based on the overall experience, I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone. In fact, I would advise others to avoid this company. There was poor quality of initial service and poor customer service on the phone when I called to report my concerns. If I pay $486 for carpet cleaning n 3 rooms, I expect the job to be done right the first time.
Carpets appear much cleaner than when used a different company.

The carpet cleaning was fantastic and so was the floor cleaning...
Your cleaning system has to be better than any others. It, and the great tech, Stephan Fonseco, restored my 25 year old carpet to its original color, just by being really clean. Chem Dry had several chances, and even with a younger carpet, never came close to the results you obtained. I thought I knew what the word "clean" meant, until you showed me it means Zerorez!
I have already sent pictures of your work and a friend in Pacifica, California is going to call your service in San Jose, to see if they will come there.

What I like is the professional way the service men come into my home. They are so nice and so informed on what they are doing. They take care in removing and placing you items in a safe place. They come in wearing protective booties.
Then on to the cleaning...I would not call anyone else to clean my carpets. My carpets look like new and they are almost 20 years old!
You guys are terrific...I recommend them to everyone. I asked if they were in California and they said yes. I even told my son in California to call them and they are going to do his carpets also.
Special kiddos to Chris Deak who did my carpets, he was terrific..

Our area rugs were cleaned quickly and efficiently! With 4 cats and 2 dogs, they look brand new.
My commercial carpet cleaning and shampoo service was horrible. A lot of carpet was cleaned around and not between or under objects. Mats and rugs where removed and never put back (specifically was told they would put back). Ive had service done with zerorez for 2-3 years now and ive grown disappointed with the service. Spending over $200 for carpet cleaning every 3-4 months i would expect superb service. I will be choosing a different service company in the future unless change is done.
Very easy and quick to setup an appointment. Worked around my schedule. Work performed was very quick, yet very thorough. Very courteous. Will definitely use ZeroRez again!
Todd did a great job cleaning our carpets. We always use Zerorez because they do a great job and are dependable, professional, knowledgeable and on time.
There was a lot of residue left on my tile floors once they dried. I had to mop them three times to get all the residue off.
After the carpets dried they dried crunchies so I obviously there is residue left on them too. I’m so disappointed I will never use your services again.
Services are only as good as the technician who perform them...Steve did a super job.

We have used Zeroez several times and have always had the same results -- fantastic!! we have had carpet cleaned, tile cleaned, furniture cleaned, and also used the duct cleaning service. The technicians are always prompt to arrive and interested in hearing about any problems we want special attention given to. Yes, I will recommend Zeroez to others and will continue to use them myself.
