William did an AMAZING job cleaning our couch. He was so, so thorough and made sure that our couch cushions looked pristine before he called it a day. You would never know that our beige microfiber couch had been through all the various spills and splats that come with a baby/toddler/little kid/clumsy mother-in-law!

The service was excellent. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty the tech worked very hard to get all the stains out and he accomplished this task.

The tech left the water on my laminate floor where it met the carpet he cleaned. He should have immediately cleaned up the water as he went along, instead when he was done, he went out to the car to get invoice papers, so I cleaned up the water while he was gone.
Better yet, there should have been a barrier put down to keep water from getting on the laminate.
Moisture is the number one enemy of laminate flooring.
There should be an added initial step and/or final step to your procedure: Protect adjoining flooring from the water and/or have a specific final clean up step.
Also, my carpet was somewhat "crunchy" after it dried. I wasn't expecting that.
Other than the water issue, the tech did a nice job. Thank you.
The technicians are courteous and very careful not to run into the furniture or do a rush job.
My carpets always look great afterward with no residue buildup and they are not soaked.

We were upcharged a lot. When I called to make the appointment, I told them what I needed done. They quoted me a price and and I paid almost double. Your customer service also said that the technician would quote me for tile cleaning when they for there. They never said it was going to be in the ballpark of $600. I had no idea it would be so much, so I didn't get that service. I wouldn't have wasted anyone's time if I had known that. My awful experience with pricing was one thing, but also my carpets are crunchy. Which is funny because so much of your marketing is about no crunchy residue. On the plus side, the customer service representative and technicians were all very nice and informative. Just wish company policy was better. If you're going to have a special for 3 rooms, don't hide fees like charging for closets. I mean, closets, really?! And if you're going to charge a $100 for a bio treatment, then I expect my carpets to not be left crunchy. I've had worse carpets come out better with other companies.
