I have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to use them in the future. The cleaning lasts longer than the other cleaning companies I tried.
I used Zerorez services in Oregon and was happy to find this company when I moved to Las Vegas. The staff is efficient and friendly. Pricing is reasonable. The men who cleaned my carpets and tile were personable, courteous, and thorough in explaining everything. They cleaned a great amount of soap (left by previous owner) from the carpets—the carpets look very clean and fresh now! I will not use any other carpet cleaning company! Thank you Juan and Anthony!

I have used your services twice and each time I am very, very satisfied. What I like the most about your service is that your techs do a fabulous job and whatever you use to clean the carpet it lasts a very long time - if it had not been for a spill in front of my front door the cleaning I had done over 6 months ago still looked great - So this time it was mainly to remove that stain and to freshen up my bedroom, living room and dining area which I use for an office.
I have used several of your competitors and none of them measure up to you - Luis did a great job and I will be asking for him to come back to clean my sofa after I return from my vacation next month.

Your young man Louis is a great employee he did our house and a 20 yr old travel trailer the next morning he was back in our neighborhood stopped and said good morning and that he had another home to do in our neighborhood so I asked him to look at the carpet in front of the door in the travel trailer he did and asked me a couple of questions said he’d be back the next day to fix it showed up at 8:00 pm on his own time and got it done we also discussed the fact that the people who owned it before me had owned it before me used it for a rental and never properly cleaned the floor and the sand bleed up through the carpet he spent an hr. hr.1/2 cleaning that area his helper had originally done the work while he was finishing his paper work with me Louis is an honorable young man and keeps his word
Fast, easy carpet and tile cleaning, with no smell. The technician that came to do our service was polite, friendly and knowledgable.
Our carpets aren't as clean as we expected them to be. He skipped a few areas as well. And I feel like 45 mins is NOT enough time to thoroughly clean carpets.

Chris and Andrew were the two young men who cleaned our two carpets. They confirmed the services we had requested and made suggestions about several problem areas in each room. We agreed to these additional services and were glad we did.

The rugs dry very fast, the employees are friendly, helpful, fast, and efficient. This last time, they helped vacuum, moved a few items and at the end they even raked the rugs! You never did that before!

Very nice people, not to sure about the black light they take around house still smelling stuff in my house might need to call an see if they can come back. But again not problem paid ail more than o expected so again i might call an see what they can do...
