No chemicals
very good result - my carpets and chairs look great. However - the cost of the service was surprisingly more expensive than i thought and that was disappointing.. I can get a new carpeting after 2 cleaning service.
I did not realize and still do not realize what is included in the advertised price of $99./3 rooms - is that just for estimate without any cleaning included?

There was no residual irritation nauseous perfumy smells - just natural orange which dissipated in this heat. like it
p.s a pre-arrival call or text would help for future timing purposes as I do not live at the cleaning location. Fortunately I was there in anticipation (1-4pm is a long window of time to plan around).

Stairs, stairs, stairs. There is no way each stair should cost 3 or 4 dollars each. It took 20 seconds to clean each stair. Pure gouging.
The service man was early - introduced himself before he came in. He was very thorough - explained the process. I was impressed with the tine it took and my carpets looked great when he was finished. I will use Zerorez the next time I have my carpets cleaned and will recommend your company to friends.

Your team was professional and very quick. They did a great job. However, I have a bit of an issue with your pricing. I have two area rugs, each 8 x 10. They did not need to be taken out to clean, they were cleaned on site.
I hear your advertising all the time for 3 rooms for $99. I realize that is a promotional rate, but I still feel that $160 for two area rugs is a bit steep, especially compared to that promo rate.
I will continue to use Zerorez, but I can't afford to use you as often as I would like.

This was my third experience with Zerorez. Scheduling was effortless; I requested a specific technician (Victor; friendly/professional/knowledgeable/efficient) and they sent him, on a Saturday afternoon two days away. He called to let me know he was running ahead and offered to come early, so he was finished practically before the appointment time. Beautiful job—I had been ready to replace my carpets two years ago but he did such a nice job on them them I haven’t had to, yet. I would absolutely recommend this company.

As Real Estate Brokers here in town, we need to make sure we have excellent tradespeople in our network. We have used Las Vegas ZeroRez no less than a Dozen times in the last few years, including our personal residence. They are professional, timely, polite, and do an amazing job!

Michael was amazing... very friendly and professional.
I had one rug that had pet stains so I had it deep cleaned. I think that was a waste of time and money so would have appreciated knowing that up front.
The other rooms came out nice. One small area rug had ripples in it. I hope it flattens out and is not ruined.
