Room was not soaked and was able to return to normal next day. Service technician was personable and explained everything thoroughly and did a fantastic job.
Final result of the carpet and stone cleaning turned out great. Staff was very pleasant to deal with and very informative.

The bio-treatment unit price per room is higher than the carpet cleaning cost. That defies logic. The product is not that expensive.
Friendly, effective, and timely service.
I got tile and carpet cleaned. Tile turned out great. The carpet only being 2 years old looked like it never got cleaned at all. The guy spent more time on cleaning the grout than he did on the carpet. Not happy at all on the carpet. We are seniors so not much traffic on the carpet at all. No I will not recommend carpet to be cleaned by this company!
