On time and efficient
You got soap out of my carpet left over from Chem Dry Carpet Cleaning. I had no idea how bad that product was until your employees shared with me the harm it was doing. I was very pleased with the results and the employees went above & beyond my expectations. I will never use another service.
I like your product and I have recommended you before, but the price was insane this visit. I had three rooms and a 3x5 “hallway” cleaned. I was quoted $129.99 over the phone for the three rooms and the hallway was free due to a promotion. Your technician showed up and said it would be $360 with the hallway. Part of that ($60) he said was due to a level 2 stain that was about 3”x6”, which didn’t come up. Where did the other $170 come from? When I brought up the promotion he dropped the price by $60 and took off the hallway. Still way above what I was told and what I have experienced in the past.

Usually the technician is very kind and personable, not exactly the case this time. I have used your company a couple before and was very pleased. The job was done well as usual, but we had a miss understanding about the price and one room.
