Had to move in to our new home but the previous owner had pets and wasn’t very clean.. immediately called.. Up front pricing, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.. didn’t try to sell me.. only wanted to help me and my family!!
This carpet cleaning did not work. Within a week and a few days, the rugs showed significant dirt in certain areas of the house. Areas include the stairs, landing and two areas in one bedroom which I use as an office. In addition, there was one area of the landing that retained dirt immediately after the cleaning. It was difficult to notice until the area dried.
I have a dog which has contributed to the current situation. This is fact. I had ZeroRez come last August. The rugs stayed clean for a longer period of time.
You can make things right by coming back and spot cleaning the rug areas that now retain dirt. It's hard for me to believe these rugs got dirty in such a short period of time. If you don't come, I will need to retain the services of another carpet cleaning service.

The only negative point is the prices are way too much that you advertising at the radio. I didn’t received the $99 for 3 rooms like promised.

Recently I had Zerorez clean one of my listings where the owner had 3 cats. A black light used by the Steven, their service person, revealed cat urine throughout all the carpeted areas. With a special treatment Steven was able to eliminate the problem. My client couldn't believe how nice the carpet looked and there isn't a trace of cat urine! Zerorez is the ONLY carpet company that I will use on my listings as well as my own personal residence!
Great Product/method of carpet cleaning; no soap to ruin your carpets! Carpet was left fresh and clean and it dried in a couple of hours even on a rainy day when it was cold out.

Casey was incredibly accommodating and helpful by moving items off the floor in order for him to do his job. He also was easy to work with in adjusting additional items at the last minute I wanted to be cleaned.
