Gave us a window from 1-4. Received a call at 11:52 saying tech was on his way so I waited at home then at 2:13 I text to find out where he is he said they gave me to different tech didn’t he call meI said nope. No response so waited
AgainAt 4 pm call office she said tech said I cancelled. She said she would have some come out so I wanted some more around 6:30 pm tech arrived.
He was nice. Very disappointed with result stained my stairways with the hose left mark down each stair, the stains upstairs only went away for a couple days and now you can see again. He stained in front of my house because he dumped the water from his truck there

Paid for bio treatment for my living room. Was informed would not smell in that room and it did smell strongly of urine, within hours. Stains also came back as carpet was drying in other areas. Sadly disappointed. Did not expect perfect but too soon for stains. Smell in bio treated room is unacceptable.

workers were courteous however I could have done without the sales job to upgrade and get more services. I especially disliked the statements regarding how filthy my tile is (I have weekly cleaning service and my tile looks great.) It was a surprise to see that the total cost for the cleaning was almost 3 times what I was quoted on the phone. However I am satisfied with the cleaning.

Service techs (Leslie) took time to explain process and to what extent able to clean tough spots. Horrible hygiene by home sellers and outcome of carpet and tile clean were great 👍. My experience with the carpet cleaning I had done was very satisfying. The individual who did the job was professional, pleasant attitude, and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to have their carpets cleaned.
Steven was amazing. He did a great job and explained the process. It's apparent from his pleasant and outgoing personality that he enjoys what he does. Zerorez was recommended to me and I greatly appreciate it. My experience with carpet cleaners in the past hasn't been that great. Steven changed that.
I was very excited to try this company for the first time. Ive used various companies in the past and never had any issues. When I called to make an appointment I went over all my concerns and was quoted a certain price.. I mentioned that I had pet stains and odor and just some stains in the high traffic areas, I also mentioned that I needed the sofas cleaned, who ever i spoke to didn't mention anything about certain fabrics of the sofa costing more than others so when the technicians came out here they wanted to charge me double from what I was quoted.. Then charged an extra 200 dollars for some pet treatments when I was told that the initial process has a solution that handles the odor.. Anyway my point is that if the quote was given to me before hand I wouldn't mind but when they come in and I feel like they are trying to rip me off I get very upset.. My initial quote was approximately suppose to be less than 500, well when they got here they gave me a quote of 1400 then miraculously dropped it down to 800. I still see some of the stains in the high traffic areas and pet odor is still there. I understand that quotes can change but I also know when Im getting take for a ride.. I just feel that what I paid was def not worth the service I received.. I really wish It could've been a better experience
