They left my carpets clean and smelling fresh
The carpets came out nice and clean. The employees were courteous and very thorough in their discussions with me and the work done.
House doesn't smell after like some shampooing company would do. Guys were great and price was fair.
First of all, everyone we spoke to was polite and courteous. All offerings were clearly explained over the phone and by the techs when they arrived. All of our questions were answered thoroughly and the estimates were accurate when it came to paying for Services.
Prior to the cleaning our new resale home had a strange odor, but the following day there was no smell and our carpet felt great. Our tile floor and grout looked brand new.
We will definitely use Zerorez again.

I thought the cleaning special was what you advertise on choosing Zerorez but when the technician said that would be more money. I feel like I should have known that before my carpet cleaning. I'm on a set income and the cleaning I got I feel I could have any carpet cleaner come in and get the same results.

I’ve always been very happy with your carpet cleaning service, especially how the carpet is almost dry and not left soaking wet when the tech is done. This last time, however, my carpets were so soaking wet when he finished, that it took them 24 hours to dry with ceiling fans turned on high to help dry. He was nice guy, and got them clean, but that soaking wetness was a problem. I slipped on it when stepping from carpet to laminate flooring, and almost fell, because I wasn’t expecting that. This won’t stop me from using your services in the future or recommending you, but I wanted you to know.

Flexibility with times and promptness
prices excessive - area rug cleaned on 4-4-17 for $20.00 ; charged $120.00 on 12-8-18 for same area run (same service code) also charged for 13 each steps when there are only 9 steps + landing. on 4-4-17 stairs charged $2.00 each; on 12-8-18 same stairs charged at $5.00 a stair for 13 stairs not what actually have 9 stairs.
Be ware - advertised specials quickly turn into a bill of $500.00 - will contact other carpet steam cleaning service.

On Time Service. Both Technicians Victor S and Joe M III were very professional at all times. Team work at its best!!! Very effective quality product left the carpets looking fresh and new.
We plan on having additional services performed again (in the immediate future) for the rest of our home, i.e.: to include furniture upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning.
