This is our first time using Zerorez. No residue, clean carpet and the carpet is soft, not like a soap cleaner. We like the citrus aroma as well. Will not use any other carpet company going forward.

The team that came out was quick to finish(less than 15 minutes for 3 rooms). The was a small(2 inch diameter) pet stain that they made very little effort to remove. When it was pointed out I received a lengthy explanation but again no effort. They had no attention to detail. I am a consistent, frequent customer and found this to be the most negative experience with zerorez.

Very respectful of time and technicians arrived earlier than my scheduled time frame. It is also great that the products that are used aren’t harsh and don’t leave a chemical smell in my house.

Nothing did good job
This is the 2nd time I used your service and both times the representative disappointed me. The first time I was overcharged and the 2nd time the service took no more than 15 minutes and was charged $150.00, WOW. When I requested that he shine the pet stain light on the stain as the first rep did he refused. Not good customer service.

Bettering timing with your schedules. The techs gave me a 10 minute warning upon arrival and an hour and half early.

Your staff can make you or break you. I had another company come out and their technician was seriously a con man. He was not trustworthy. Glad I found your company.

Rug gets cleaner and dries faster. Technicians are always friendly and helpful. Fuji did a very good job.

Zerorez cleans so well without the wet carpet smell. Not always the cheapest but definitely the best.

My rugs are the cleanest they have ever been and they are 10 years old. They also did the tile and grout in the master bathroom and it is an excellent job. Both employees were neat and clean and very polite. I would have them again and would recommend the company to my friends.
