I have always had a great experience with Zerorez and this time was no different. The technician, Patrick, came at the time period promised. He called to say he was on his way to give me a heads up. He explained what he was going to do and why. He also was very articulate about his job and why he loved his company. Of course I agreed with him. It's so nice to have an employee who really loves his job. You could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing. The job was completed. The carpets looks beautiful. I was a very satisfied customer who will sing praises about the quality of work done and your employee. Thank you for starting my New Year off with a CLEAN start.

Victor from Zerorez came and did our carpets and tile in a new house that we purchased. At first he was only scheduled to do the carpets, but after consulting with my wife and I, we decided to have him do the tile as well. Both came out looking and feeling like new and the process Zerorez uses where there are no soaps or detergents really makes a difference on the floors. The floors smelled clean and fresh and we couldn't be happier.

Victor also gave us some really helpful tips on when to get our floors professionally cleaned and how to maintain them ourselves. We'll definitely be using Zerorez again in the future (hopefully with Victor doing the maintenance on our floors) and recommending them to friends and family in the future. Thanks Zerorez!

Excellent job in cleaning carpets and floor tile. When we purchased our home, we thought that the grout of our tile floors was light grey. After Zerorez steam cleaned our tile floors, we were all shocked that the grout is eggshell white and not grey! They look beautiful!
I highly recommend Zerorez and we will be using them again.

Our technician was extremely helpful educating us on how to keep floors clean and how our floors may have been treated by the previous owners. He was able to clean 4 carpeted bedrooms and a large tile home. He was aware he needed extra water to complete the job and ordered more water so the job was finished in a timely matter. The guys were very informative on the status of the job being completed, any issues or concerns with the tile grout they brought to my attention. they made sure I walked the building to make sure I was happy with the cleaning as they wanted to be sure I was happy with everything before they left. Great customer service and very friendly.

instead of feeling pressured to get more additional services - it should be recommended by your technician and LET THEM KNOW it will be an added fee on top of what you are expected to pay already. I let the technician know the problem area and instead of saying we have this if you would like but it will cost more; he simply said 'oh, I have something for that let me go and get it' Thank God I opted out and said NO, next time is fine, but I do not have the extra money to fork that out. If I have not opted out, he would of just done it most likely not thinking it costs more. STOP THE PEER PRESSURE! APPROACH IT BETTER.

I am still waiting for my $25 gas card. I have used your servivrs twice in about 6 mos would like to receive what was promised

Professional, fast and kind

I really like the way my carpets felt after being cleaned. They were soft and fluffy instead of the hard crusty feeling you'd get with a shampooer that used lots of soap. I also had my tiles cleaned - they look new!

The guy was really nice however my spouse and neighbor agreed with me in that it came out much better when Stanley Steamer did my carpets. I don’t know how to answer the second part of this question. I am just being honest

Jeremiah was awesome! He was knowledgeable and took his time and took pride in his work. He offered additional services, ones I didn't request, but there was no pressure to buy. Provided estimate for tile cleaning. Said he could do both carpets and tile, same appt. We agreed to have him do it. Holy Cow!!! We have only lived here 2 years. Had NO CLUE that our tile was that dirty! It literally changed the color of the tile removing all the dirt! Drastic change! I was so impressed with the cleaning and your technician! We will refer everyone to you guys and recommend Jeremiah! We own a company and know how hard it is to hire well. You got a great employee!! THANK YOU!!

Ive never been disappointed with the results. This last service was b6nfar the best server cue I’ve had. Chris B was outstanding and so,were the results.

The smell in the carpet is now magnified. I'd like a refund for that area of carpet as we will not have to replace.
