I did a lot of research before making a decision on which carpet cleaning company/technology was the best for my situation, and all the information I gleaned from your website and customer reviews convinced me that your process was the one.

I don't wear shoes in my house and do not eat over or have I ever spilled anything on my carpet, so the only thing we were dealing with was what I consider light traffic indications (even your technician couldn't believe how good the carpet looked and felt) but ONLY in the 'traffic areas', so I quite honestly expected stellar results. Many of the images I saw on your site of carpet so much worse than mine (I couldn't even imagine anyone living in that type of situation), came out looking vastly improved.

My results, once dry (no one walked on it until it was completely dry) ended up looking no different then if I had simply spent a little more time vacuuming the 'affected areas', and by the next day looked no different whatsoever from before the service, so I'm quite simply disappointed in my results... again considering what your web site claims is possible under MUCH WORSE conditions then my own, I felt making my carpet 'look like new' would be an easily accomplished task.

I'm no carpet cleaning tech, but I don't think it was due to anything your guy did/didn't do, but I can't be 100% sure, so I don't know that there's anything you 'can do' to make things right.

I liked that it wasn’t too wet and it didn’t smell. I’ve never had to ask for the dining chairs to be moved or the end tables. They said I had to ask. I did ask and they moved them. The dining room chairs, they ask me if I wanted them to move them back. Really, I’ve never had to ask for light weight furniture to be moved. The two guys were very nice,did what ever I ask them to do, but no more. I thought the price was high.

My runs and tile look excellent. Rob was extremely efficient and very polite

I’ve already recommended. The only thing I wish is that you were more upfront with your pricing. The specials are often substantially lower than what you spend. Totally happy with the service and quality of service. I just want to know what I’m going to spend. The person I referred had a same experience.

Carpet did not smell before being cleaned, however ever since drying, the smell has been terrible. There were only a two places where you could see small pet stains, both areas near the entryway to bedroom and one near entry to bathroom and they both came clean, but one corner of the room where there had been furniture previous and no pet accidents, is now terrible.

They did a great job and fast and on time. My bar stools look great.

Carpets look like new again. Marcus that did the service was fantastic I will ask for him when my carpets need cleaning again.

The gentleman that did the work was cool as heck, polite, courteous and knew what he was doing. We talked about our dogs and family while he was getting set up. He was great with my friendly but attention demanding dog.This is the second or third time we have used you guys but the first time we had you guys do the grout. The grout cleaned up like I couldn't have imagined. Great work, efficiency and everything else I am failing to mention. Thank you to the gentleman who's name I am forgetting that did the work and to Zerorez. You guy are on to something!

The tech was great however I was quoted around $200 it ended up being $400 (because of course you want the stains out) for 3 bedrooms and a couch / recliner both the tech and I forgot about the free 100 sq ft of tile but yeah cost did it and yeah I could of said no but I wanted clean carpets

200 Sq feet for a room is too small

I do not want to feel like I am having to pay for all the extras.
Pay more for an extra spray for a stain. I feel like it may have just come out with a cleaning but
there is the sales pitch.

I have used you in the past to clean the carpets in my house. I just recently used your services to clean the carpets in side my travel trailer. The text name was Steve. Steve was a very well mannered! Steve made sure every step of the way that it was up to my expectations and I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend Steve and your company. I received a $89. Offer for 3 rooms of carpet. I only have 2 carpeted rooms but willing to pay the 89. What got me angry was when booking it I was told there was a $9. Service charge. I consider that false advertising. If you want to charge 98. Please send that amt in your email.

Great service and great staff.

I love the quality of service. My carpet are white and with the use of zerorez stay clean for at least 6 months. I had horrible stains from contractors walking in and out and with the use of this magic brush, all the stains came up and appeared like black lint which was lifted and gone.
