Prompt and Friendly staff
After the tile cleaning, we have white residue in the grout. In addition, there is water spots on the tile from the sealer. Overall a very sloppy job.
My carpets were absolutely filthy and your products lifted out the vast majority of the spots that had developed over the past two years. The 12+ year-old carpets look like new, and when they dried, they didn't have that crunchy texture they've had when I've had them cleaned by other companies. The service tech, Rob, was great and took the time to explain the process. The cleaning products have a nice, citrusy smell. I'll definitely have my carpets cleaned by Zerorez at least once a year.
The two associates who came to clean our carpets were knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job!

The service technician was very polite and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on a 14 year old carpet; he actually made it look almost new! I will not use another carpet cleaning service other than Zerorez in the future.
