Hi there. The carpets look really good, but we paid extra for the tile to be done and we were a little disappointed. Last time the grout looked so good this time the tile was pretty clean, which I can pretty much do myself. But the grout just didn't look that much better at all. The carpets were really good, though. Just very disappointed in how the group turned out after spending additional money for this to be done. Thank you!

The guys worked from the momwnt they arrived. They were careful to protect the stairs, corner and furniture. I can't say enough good about this company. I have had them before and will have them again. Much, much better cleaning that nay other company I have used.

I just didn't feel like the tile cleaning (which I spent the most money on) was much of any improvement. The grout is still the same as how it was before and even some of the grout has been removed. The carpets seem good, but there was still some residual smells even after 1 month.
The person that did it was wonderful, but was a bit more expensive than others.
The limited use of chemicals to clean, and disinfect the areas treated.
Every time we have our carpets done we are very happy with the work performed. Will and Mike did a great job and we will be having Zerorez come back for our carpet needs.
Your technicians were very friendly and courteous. The lead tech walked the areas to be cleaned with me before hand to ensure there were no questions or concerns and to provide me with a final cost before work started. The team was quick and efficient and did a fantastic job.
I have 3 grandkids (ages 6 and under) living with me. . . so I love when my carpets after Zerorez has been to my home. This time, I added a recliner to the list and it looked practically NEW after it had been cleaned! I've used other companies before but the results don't seem to last as long as Zerorez. Carlos was on time and super professional. He answered all of my questions before he got started. Estimate was accurate and there were no surprises. Definitely would hire Zerorez again!
