This is the first time I have used this company. Of course there was an upsell which was not expected, however based on friends recommendations, I am disappointed that the stairs did not get as clean as they should have, and that the edges on the stairs are still a bit gray and dirty. I did not micro manage the process, but perhaps there was not a small enough attachment to your machinery to get super close to the base boards.

The rest of the carpets look good.

I received an ad for this service and saw clear pricing. Once the tech arrived, it became a complete hustle and I was unfairly put in a position to get upcharges galore. Basically was told the coupon price was a type of cleaning not worth the money, but if I add the real stuff, then I will actually have clean carpets with removing normal traffic dirt and stains. This is deceptive marketing and doesn’t leave a good taste in my mouth. On top of all that, my carpets have already started to look just as before and I live by myself! Not even a typical wear on the carpet! There are places where seemingly standard stains have resurfaced and the smoke and mirrors I was sold was nothing but a hustle. Wouldn’t mind the upcharging as much if it was worth it, but I can now and quickly after the service, see that it was all just BS to take advantage of a customer.

I had my carpets cleaned and tile floors cleaned. I had 3 area's of tile floors. Main entrance, Kitchen, Bathroom. The tile floor in kitchen-the grout still has a lot of dirt on it,and the main entrance tile grout still has a lot of dirt on it. didn't come out very clean. I felt like your employee rushed through the job, he was done in 1 hour, all the carpet and tile floors, that's too fast to do a proper job since he had 2 more jobs after mine.

'l probably use your service again for my carpet, but never again for my floor tiles.

The workers are professional and do a good job.

I was pleased with the service. The Techs were polite and professional. My carpet is softer brighter and cleaner than it has been in a long time.

The communication with the technician and the office was terrible ! The office said they were on the phone with the technician , but when I asked the technician he said he didn’t talk to anyone!

Your service rep was very professional. Kept us informed of arrival time. Explained the procedure and products he would be using to clean our carpet. After the cleaning he also explained the process and cost to clean our tile. Overall very pleased!

Fast thorough no surprises quality job

Carpet still has dirt spots on the corners and on the high traffic areas.

Michael is very through and friendly. He was also very patient with our 3 year old that wanted to watch everything he did! Will be calling back next year again for our yearly carpet/furniture cleaning!
