I like Zerorez because it doesn’t leave a sticky residue on my carpet. So its not crunch likes so carpet cleaners do. This is the second time I’ve used Zerorez, and my carpet is now three years old and it’s as nice as the day it was installed. Thanks Zerorez ❤️

The carpets were really wet when the technician left. They were so wet they were bubbling & separating from the pad. The carprets were still wet 3 days later. Not only were they wet, they were crunchy which is surprising because it is the opposite of what is advertised. I have used your sevices before and I was happy. This time not the same quality of service.
First I want to thank the driver for waiting on me since I had phone problems and did not get the courtesy call before my appointment. However, the helper of the driver was not much of a help. I wanted zerorez to clean underneath the two beds and when I was pushing them from left to right, he did not help. Mind you I am a woman and it's only courteous. Then after the cleaning was done the helper hands me the plastic to put under the foot of the beds. I asked him to do it and he still didn't. The driver did work but hos helper was no helper at all.

Had serviceman come into house for carpet cleaning and had to take my dog away while he was there.When I returned the serviceman was gon and had talked my wife to pay for upgrades that cost over 200 dollars more than the carpet cleaning I expected. We have used your cmpany before and never expected that this would happen.
Tech mentioned addition services but didn’t push when I told him I wasn’t interested. He was polite and professional.
In the past the technicians were really friendly and compassionate. The past few times ive felt nickel and dimed by new comers. Seems like there’s a high turnover and they work off commission. They rush through the job and it’s not very good. I miss the old crew

I had my carpets done twice. Once in November & the guys were nice, very fast which I was concerned with but was assured it was normal since I only had my living room/dining room done. There was a section that didn't look quite right but my carpet is old so I thought it was what it was.
Then Stephan F. came in December to do our carpet again but this time we added a hallway and one bedroom, including the living room/dining room. Wow!!! What a difference. He took his time and addressed my concerns from the last visit. He definitely took pride in his work. My carpet looks fantastic! Even as old as it is, I am very happy with Stephan's work and will ask for him personally next time we use Zerorez. I gave them a 9 only because of the first experience, which was not bad.

appointment was easy to make, price estimate was accurate, team arrived on time and was professional.
The technician did a good job at washing the carpet, area rug, and our kitchen tile. However, he either was in a hurry or careless and did not use the orange corner guards. He took the corner guards out of his van only used one at the front door. We have 2 corners on our staircase. As a result the paint and part of the wall was rubbed off. We have picture and video proof that the corner guard was sitting on the stair and not protecting the corners while the hose was rubbing on the wall. By the time we saw it the damage was already done. So even though we are happy with the cleaning we would have been more happy that the walls where not damaged due to this cleaning. Also we paid for the Biotx service due to vomit by my son, but the odor is still there, faint but there.

We love ZeroRez Las Vegas because they show up when they say they will and, on at least one instance, on very short notice. We love that the equipment is clean and well maintained. We love ZeroRez for employing Veterans and people in general who have very positive, can do attitudes. We love the fact our service technicians have been willing to go the distance to meet our expectations and make sure we are happy with the job before they pack up their tools. And perhaps the very best thing is how our carpet looks and feels when all we can see of that big beautiful ZeroRes truck are the tail lights!
There was not a long wait time to have my floors cleaned. It was done quickly and efficiently.
