The gentleman who cleaned my floors was very personable and helpful. He explained the process, pointed out problem areas and verified what areas were most important to me. He did a superb job. I am very pleased.
First of all you showed up when you said you would. Then you did a phenomenal job cleaning my carpet, and didn't over do it trying to sell me additional services I didn't want. I am so pleased you were able to get that black stuff from the streets off of my living room carpet. I will be a repeat customer. Thanks!

The guys that came to clean our carpet were very professional. They had banister guards to protect our white banister. The spot cleaned on some areas that really needed it. They were friendly and explained the process when I asked what they were doing. Big thumbs up to Zerorez. I won’t be using another carpet cleaning company ever again.

In just one cleaning, the carpet already looks the best I've seen it since it was new. Your technician, Steve, was a very knowledgeable, polite young man and did a superb job of cleaning our carpets!

Spent extra for soil cleaning and some spots are still on carpet, very visible. Asked for an estimate to clean tile in a dining room and small hallway and was given a quote of 299.00. I felt that was super expensive, and felt that I was being over charged after getting the special. Made me feel like they got into my home on a special, and then tried to make up for it by charging too much for any other work. I declined to have the tile done.
They did a very thorough job and my carpets look very good
