This is the third time I used Zerorez, they to a great job, this time also had grout done. It came out very clean.
We had ZeroRes do our entire home in Utah when we were selling it and they made the carpets, which had many stains from kids' spills and pets and grease and who-knows-what and the carpets came out looking brand new! Amazing.
So, when we bought our new home here in Henderson, we called on them again and we enjoyed exactly the same experience. Highly competent and professional technicians brought the life back into our carpets and saved us from having to replace the carpets at five times the cost.
We really like ZeroRes and happily recommend them to everyone (and do so in person, not just online).
The technians were very professional and friendly. They explained the process and worked efficiently. The carpets look very good. Iam very satisfied.

I am very disappointed by the results of the cleaning. In my opinion the "after" pictures I have seen in ads look nothing like my carpet after the cleaning. The tech warned me that traffic patterns will not go away because the carpet is older than 2 years and the protectant applied at manufacturing is worn off. Basically a heads up that it won't look great.
After it dried up, today the carpet looks maybe 10%-20% cleaner at best!
The tech told me that after the cleaning the gray areas I see are discoloration of the carpet and not left behind dirt. He said that if I was to rub the carpet with a clean towel, nothing will come off. So I rubbed the spot with a paper towel and there was grey dirt on it.
The carpet is 3 years old in a house with no pets, where people have not worn shoes on the carpet.
I will now have to clean the carpet myself with my Bissel carpet cleaner.
I will not use Zerorez ever again and will not recommend it to anyone I know.

It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be. The price crept up pretty quickly. The work was quality—I’d just suggest being more transparent with your pricing from the get go.
The rug looks brand-new I'm just absolutely blown away how the rug is just sparkling clean and took out all the smells and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family I don't like the fact that I was quoted one way over the phone and then I got a double rape double the cost when there's your arrest technician showed up but besides that I really think it's a fantastic go service thank you
The person who came told me and my husband it will take about 45 minutes to an hour. He took less then 30 minutes to do what I paid for. I had all different companies come and clean my carpet but this was the worse so far. It’s clean but not how I wanted it to be. He was a friendly person. But it just seams as if he wanted to be done fast so he could go home. I never paid this much for carpet cleaning before that didn’t really care. I was recommended by a friend. But I can say I will never again pay for this company to come and clean my carpet again.
