The staff is always friendly and they sure try to meet all expectations, we had a stain in one of our offices and the guy did everything possible and said it might not come out but for sure would be a lighter stain, but it came out and that was a nice surprise to see.....will continue to use them for our business and home!

Our carpet is old and we have two dogs. My husband and I were both shocked at how much cleaner it was. The carpet actually felt years younger when we walked on it barefoot. The technician was informative and so nice. Best carpet cleaning we have ever seen.
